Return Policy

  1. You are eligible to return products for a refund if they are:

   – Deemed faulty,

   – Damaged,

   – Have missing parts,

   – Incorrect product/s were sent to you in error,

   – Due to reasons such as the product not fitting, change of mind, the product is no longer required, or is unsuitable, etc.

   Products being returned must be in a resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Please include your proof of purchase with the return of goods.

  1. Customers can contact our Sales Support team via Email @ sales@rockbathroom.com.au regarding a return, or make contact via Online Chat, Phone, or simply complete and forward the Online Return Form.
  1. Return/Exchange is flexible depending on the status of the product/s.

   3.1 Products in Unused and Resalable Condition:

   You have 365 days to return your purchase for a full refund, as long as the product is in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging, uninstalled, and in a resalable condition. Feel free to contact us within 1 year of receipt regarding the return; the team will reply and advise the return/exchange process.

   3.2 Product has been installed, however still in OK condition, Come with all parts.

   – 1-3 Months: Can return for a refund, NO ‘Restocking fee’ will apply.

   – 3-12 Months: Accept returns. A 15% ‘Restocking fee’ will apply, and the team will refund less than 15% restocking fee.

   – Over 12 months: Return and Refund WILL NOT be accepted unless the product is deemed defective.

   Please Note: Days should be counted from the original date of purchase, or, for any back-ordered items from the date item/s were received.

  1. Rock Bathroom is not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature resulting from the sale of the products.
  1. Warning:

   5.1 Custom orders and Special orders are NOT RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED for any reason once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.

   5.2 Some restrictions will apply to bulk orders/deliveries. If the total return amount is Over $5000, including freight cost, a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied accordingly; a refund will be made after deducting a 15% restocking fee.

Rock Bathroom Returns Policy

  1. All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt regarding any return. We are not liable for any return if customers simply change their mind or order by mistake. Customers need to pay return postage plus a 15% restocking fee along with the original package and all accessories.
  1. We are not responsible for any return postage cost for any warranty claim under our company’s policy. Should you have any issues you might want to raise with us, please feel free to contact us at any time. If we receive an item without an email notification, a return will not be processed.
  1. Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will not be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund (PayPal or bank transfer), or a replacement with no additional cost. If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 85% of your original payment. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired, or abused by anyone. Rock Bathroom reserves the right as the final authority on whether products should be replaced or refunded.
  1. Rock Bathroom will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature resulting from the sale of the products.
  1. If your purchase was made online (including Click & Collect) you may choose to return to our online store. Visit your Rock Bathroom Account to print your returns label. Complete your returns form and pack together with the items you would like to return. Attach your returns label and post. Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order. If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
