Rock Bathroom Refund Policy

  1. All customers are required to contact us via email within 10 days after receipt regarding any returns. We are not responsible for returns if customers simply change their minds or place orders by mistake. Customers must cover the return postage, plus a 15% restocking fee, and include the original package and all accessories.
  1. We do not cover any return postage costs for warranty claims under our company’s policy. If you have any issues to raise with us, feel free to contact us at any time. Returns will not be processed if we receive an item without prior email notification.
  1. Upon receiving the item and completing our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. If the order is found to be defective, we can provide a full refund (PayPal or bank transfer) or a replacement at no additional cost. If the order is not defective and we grant a refund, 85% of the original payment will be refunded. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired, or abused. Rock Bathroom reserves the right as the final authority on whether products should be replaced or refunded.
  1. Rock Bathroom will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature resulting from the sale of the products.
  1. Custom orders and special orders cannot be refunded or canceled once confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-sized stone tops, stone tops with cut holes, custom-made vanities, smart bidet seats, cut-to-size linear grates, nano-coating shower screens, custom-made shower screens, etc.

If your purchase was made online (including Click & Collect), you may choose to return to our online store. Visit your Rock Bathroom Account to print your returns label, complete your returns form, and pack it together with the items you want to return. Attach your returns label and post. Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. The refund will be credited back to you within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order. If the returned item does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy, your order will be sent back to you.
